2018年的全港青少年大賽，是正德館小虎隊成立13年最美好光輝的一年。
小虎隊共派出49位選手角逐由6歲至20歲男女分齡的組手組別。在13組男女分齡組別，共52個獎項當中，小虎隊合共奪得26項獎項（達全部獎項的一半），
成為單年全港少年賽史上奪得最多獎項的隊伍。
